The Inspiring Journey of Aruva Ramateja: How Sri Venkateshwara Info Technologies is Empowering Youth Through Affordable Skill Development and Career Guidance

Every meaningful journey begins with a strong purpose, and the journey of Aruva Ramateja is a beautiful reflection of that. At the age of 27, based in Mahabubnagar, Telangana, Aruva is an Indian educationist, trainer, youth mentor, entrepreneur, and the Founder of Sri Venkateshwara Info Technologies (SVIT). Through his institution, he is quietly building a strong ecosystem that improves digital literacy, employability, and career readiness for students and unemployed youth, especially those from economically weaker and rural backgrounds.

Aruva’s journey has been shaped by a rich blend of experiences that gave him a strong sense of discipline, service, and purpose. Before starting his own institution, he worked across different sectors, including hospitality, accounting, and management, gaining varied real-world exposure. He also proudly served in the Regiment of Artillery of the Indian Army as a Naik, where he developed the values of discipline, leadership, teamwork, and deep commitment to public service. This military background continues to reflect in the way he leads his institution and mentors young learners today.

After returning to civilian life, Aruva chose to dedicate himself to the field of education and youth development. He founded Sri Venkateshwara Info Technologies with a clear vision to make quality computer education accessible and affordable for students from different backgrounds. He strongly believed that in today’s digital world, no student should be left behind simply because of financial or geographical limitations. This belief became the foundation of SVIT, which started with limited resources but a very big dream, and gradually grew into a growing centre of learning, skill development, and educational opportunity.

Under Aruva’s leadership, SVIT offers a wide range of professional computer courses to help students become industry-ready. The institution provides training in Microsoft Office, Tally with GST, Desktop Publishing, Graphic Designing, Web Designing, AutoCAD, and other essential professional courses. Every course is designed to build practical, job-oriented skills that support career growth and employability. Whether a student is preparing for their first job, upgrading their skills, or exploring the digital world, SVIT gives them a structured and affordable path forward.

One of Aruva’s most thoughtful contributions to modern education is his Self Learning Model, which allows students to learn at their own pace using structured digital learning resources. This model is especially helpful for students who cannot follow traditional classroom timings due to work, family responsibilities, or economic pressures. By combining structured training with self-paced learning, SVIT ensures that education truly reaches every willing learner, regardless of their background.

Beyond regular training, Aruva regularly organises free educational initiatives, certificate programmes, career awareness sessions, cultural competitions, and student recognition events. These initiatives are designed to encourage academic excellence, celebrate young talent, and inspire students to dream bigger. SVIT has also conducted Free Pre-SSC Summer Camps and several skill development programmes for government school students and economically disadvantaged learners. These programmes reflect his strong belief that opportunities must reach those who need them the most.

Aruva’s leadership qualities and community mindset have been shaped by his active participation in student and youth organisations. He has been actively associated with the National Cadet Corps (NCC) and the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), where he strengthened his leadership skills, discipline, and passion for community service. Community welfare continues to remain a strong part of his journey. He actively participates in voluntary blood donation programmes and encourages young people to contribute to society through meaningful service activities.

Over the years, Aruva has received appreciation from educational institutions, social organisations, and public representatives for his contributions to education and youth development. However, for him, these recognitions are not the destination but a reminder to keep working harder for the students and communities he serves. Alongside his educational work, he is also passionate about writing, public speaking, technology, and educational innovation. He has cited the writings of filmmaker and author Ram Gopal Varma as one of the influences on his independent thinking and creative approach to life.

Aruva’s long-term vision is bold and inspiring. He aims to build Sri Venkateshwara Info Technologies into a nationally recognised educational institution that promotes affordable skill development and quality education across India. His goal is to expand digital education, career guidance, and employment-oriented training programmes across more regions, especially in Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns where such opportunities are still limited. He wants to ensure that every willing student, regardless of their financial background, gets a fair chance to learn, grow, and build a strong career.

Today, at just 27 years of age, Aruva Ramateja stands as an inspiring young educationist, mentor, and entrepreneur from Telangana, quietly building a strong educational movement through Sri Venkateshwara Info Technologies. From serving the nation in the Indian Army to empowering the next generation through education, his journey beautifully reflects the mindset of a young leader who believes that real change is created not through big speeches, but through consistent action, service, and impact. His story is a strong reminder that when discipline meets purpose, and when passion meets service, a young founder can silently shape the future of his community, one student at a time.
